| REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEMS |
As the most general definition, reverse osmosis system is to eliminate the anions and cations present in the water. Also applied as an advanced filtration method, reverse osmosis systems are the top-level water purification elements in which the latest technology is used. The operating principle of these units can be explained by the reverse functioning of the natural osmotic balance. Reverse osmosis system requires more pressure than the osmotic pressure to reverse the osmotic balance. For this purpose high pressure pumps are used in reverse osmosis systems. Pressurized by the high-pressure pumps, water is purified by the membranes, which have 5 angstrom sized pores. The dense concentrated water coming out of the waste line is given to the drainage.
With their increasing range of usage area, reverse osmosis systems are used reliably in every kind of industrial areas and house applications. Especially in these current years, because of the pollution, spoiling and extinction of natural spring water resources, most of the leading companies in bottled water business purify drinking water with reverse osmosis systems to market and to distribute.
Also used to obtain fresh water out of sea water, reverse osmosis systems gives good results in recycling of liquids mixed with waste or other kinds of water, by the means of special membranes, too.
Designed under the brand Waterprocess, reverse osmosis systems are constituted by extensive technical crews and engineers most properly and economically using computer simulations of incoming water parameters and outgoing water quality parameters. There are three ranges of models (S-L-XL) designed standardly, all made with stainless steel construction, stainless steel piping and stainless steel membrane sheath.
