| SEPARATOR FILTERS |
Being a very economic filtration method, separator filters area very commonly used in industrial corporations because of this reason. Based on centrifuge principle, separator filters holds and throws out the substances in any liquid that have different specific gravity. The liquid enters the separator tangentially makes a fast spinning movement and heads to the bottom of the separator. Meanwhile particles heavier than water spread out and fall to the bottom. Whereas water returns from the reflector located at the bottom, rises inside the spinning water and gets out cleaned. The solid particles that got motionless and gathered under the reflector are thrown out continuously or occasionally. These filters, having two kinds: manual and automatic, can have a filtration precision about 75-80 microns.
